For education & child-serving leaders

Cross into AI safely and responsibly.

AI is already entering schools, child care programs, and nonprofits. The better question isn't should we use AI — it's whether you have the guardrails, policies, and leadership oversight to use it safely.

I'm Dr. O, your AI Safety Crossing Guard. I help leaders protect students, children, families, staff, and organizational trust as you move into the age of AI.

The quiet problem

AI is already in your organization. The guardrails usually aren't.

Staff may be using AI to write, summarize, plan, and communicate. Leaders are curious, but unsure how to manage privacy, compliance, family trust, and responsible use.

Without clear expectations, AI can quietly create confusion, privacy concerns, inaccurate information, biased outputs, and inconsistent staff practices.

You do not need to figure this out alone.

The S.A.F.E. Pathway™

Screen for Risk. Align the Roadmap. Form the Guardrails. Embed for Sustainability.

My approach

Ask before you AI

Pause before entering information or using AI for important decisions.

Filter for risk

Check for privacy, bias, accuracy, fairness, fit, and compliance.

Embed in practice
